Job description
New kitchen being installed. This involves the partial removal of a load-bearing wall between lounge/kitchen. Require LBP designer or engineer to draw plans for submission of building consent application to council. Partial length of wall being removed is approximately 2m. May require beam of around 4.2 metres.
