Downstairs Ensuite and Rumpus Room Drawings!

We have a downstairs area we'd like to re-gig a bit. We'd like to turn our study into an en suite and the big cavity space behind our bedroom (which backs onto the sloping bank) into a rumpus room/spare bedroom and walk-in wardrobe (it's a big space!). The bathroom will require an extra pump system to get it back up to the general waste water piping level. Back wall will need waterproofing and some dirt dug out. So recommendations for that job too would be handy!
