Design and plans required for two 1-bedroom dwellings to achieve BC...

I seek a capable & 'well-priced' draftsperson (if not an architect) who has a thorough understanding of the AKL Unitary Plan and in particular the relevant design standards required in order to successfully add two 1-bedroom dwellings/units of approx. 45-55 sqm each to a site already containing 2 existing dwellings (will result in 4 dwellings in total on-site). Site located in an Urban Zone in West Auckland. Drawings/plans are required to achieve successful BC & RC or if RC is beyond then simply drawings & BC while teaming with another entity who can help achieve successful RC (beginning with a pre-application meeting with the local council). NB: A Topographical Report has been completed and can be made available following an initial discussion/meeting.
