alteration plans + consent documentation

Hi all! I am interested to get in touch with draughtsmen able to help with the plans required for engineering review and Building Consent for some alterations, which include a deck extension, closing an under-house garage (pole house), relocating laundry into the garage once finished, extending bathroom to include laundry. This is only a brief description. I put a lot of thinking into how various aspects of the job get done, and how some situations are to be resolved. All the ideas will be made available to the person deciding to help and they will form the guidelines for the drawings. I got specialized advice in most of the situations, I am not talking about asking the impossible in terms of design / built / getting approval. I have decided on engineers / consultants to be involved, a lot of info was researched and collected already, unfortunately the draughtsman I dealt with is not in the situation to help anymore. The attached photo shows the side of the house to be affected by all the work (deck + garage). More details will be emailed in order to be able to get a rough estimate. A site visit at a later date will be the final step towards a quote. At this stage I need the documentation started / BC applied for, not an estimate for the whole work or quotes for labor, please.
