Drafting a plan

Hi, bought a new home and I need to move the kitchen around and change some of the walls etc. to better utilise the kitchen. I have a rough drawing of what I want but need to get it drafted and checked so it meets all the requirements and we can put it through consent. Therefore, looking for someone who can help draft as well as help expedite the whole consent process if possible.
