Murray Road - Garage conversion

Conversion of a double garage into a single garage plus room. Require builder to carry out restricted building work only. Garage is within the shell of the house. Require installation of new single tilt garage door, 2.7l/m new weatherboarded external wall, 3.7l/m internal wall, both with 170mm concrete nib. External wall to have timber window installed. Also need to relocate hot water cylinder. Require details for building consent (I can provide plans). Materials will be supplied (negotiable). I have a non registered builder (father) who will be doing the demolition, lining, painting etc
