We need a draftsperson to draw up a deck and take it through council consent. It is a simple wooden 5m x 4m deck that will be around 2m from the ground (1st floor). Access will be from a french door which will be installed in an existing window frame (ie no change to lintel). The house is brick bottom, cedar top. Thanks
