Hi there, we have just bought this property, we want to add a third bedroom on the ground floor, next to the second bedroom and study area. I have included some house plans here and a rough sketch of what we want. We want the design to be inkerping with the house with same slope to the roof, matching exterior cladding, window style etc. The reason we've staggered the third bedroom one metre forward of the second bedroom is to allow a tall skinny window to get light into second bedroom. The job is immediate aiming to get the 3rd bedroom built this side of Christmas. Please provide a quote and timeframe to complete.
