Drafting Plans for Wharepuhunga Renovations/Extension/Deck

We're looking for a quote for plans to be drawn up for a renovations/extension/deck project and submitted to council. We are located in rural Wharepuhunga, part of Otorohanga district, approximately 40 mins from Te Awamutu/Otorohanga/Cambridge. Currently the old cottage is approximately 80m2, and we're looking to expand to approximately 120m2. We've modelled our plans in SketchUp. Please find attached some screenshots of the plans, as well as overhead measurements of the plan and overhead measurements of the existing structure. Also included are some photos of the existing structure's exterior. We're keen to do as much as we can ourselves with this project to save money (we're on a tight budget), so are happy to do any preliminary measurements where possible.
