Home Renovation Architect

I bought a home last year that had a previous extension built and it turned out to be poorly made. We have some damp in the walls, and want to redesign and submit to council. I have copies of the original plans that were submitted. We want to make very limited changes, the key is getting it rebuilt to a high standard. If this project goes well I have the need for a long-term relationship with an Architecture firm. Can discuss once this job is complete. Time is of the essence. I am looking for someone that does great work, in short time frames and is reasonably priced.
