We have an old 80 m2 rural cottage that we would like to renovate. Currently there are no plans in council, as these were destroyed in a flood in 1958. We have a 3D design modelled in Sketchup for the new plan. We need a drafts person to create plans based on this model for our builder and tradespeople. IMPORTANT: Location is approximately 40 minutes drive from Te Awamutu in Wharepuhunga.
