Drawings required for new house

I have designed a 280m2 house (plan will be supplied with all dimensions, window sizes etc) with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3-car garage, clad in direct fixed corrugated iron with a couple of areas having a feature cladding. Will need some Engineering input but I will arrange that as kitchen/dining/living will have a raking skillion ceiling. I'm after drawings, site plan, spec etc to submit for consent. Please advise of cost and timeframe, thanks.
