Draftsman plans for upstairs addition

We need a qualified and experienced architectural draftsman to draw up plans for an approx. 2m x 3m upstairs extension (on top of an already existing section of the ground floor). We are aiming to extend the upstairs lounge and convert to 2 bedrooms. We also need plans drawn up to install a cavity slider in an existing load bearing wall downstairs as we turn a large bedroom into a snug. These drawings will be required to satisfy Waimakariri District council requirements for a building consent.
