Hi. I have subdivided a section & have some prefab homes being placed on the properties. Consent has been given for subdivision. I have a structural engineer who recommended rafts 300 deep for the foundations. All plans have been drawn incl structural & CAD. I require an architect to oversee the project & apply for consents where necessary. Thanks. Kind Regards, Michael.
