We want to build an internal staircase onto our existing house. At the moment it has an exterior staircase that gets the westerly weather and the stairs are in poor condition. We also want to add an eave to the house ( has an existing mono pitch roof with no eaves)and a few other alterations that will require a permit. A new big deck and a new kitchen which requires knocking out an existing wall. The house is a two storey house. Brick top storey on a concrete block basement. We will be replacing all the existing joinery at the same time due to water leaking issues.
