Garrat Rd batch renovation

We are looking for a draftsman to work with us on a renovation at our batch. It is currently a 2 bed one bath, we are wanting to open up the floor plan, add a room and another bathroom. The house was built in the 1980s and certainly needs an update although it is structurally sound and we haven’t had any issues with it. We’d like to start work in the next 6 months if possible
