Drawing for two small on-suite simple bathrooms for building consent - ASAP

Drawings need done for building consent and schedule 1 clause 2 for two small bathrooms at my little property at 63 Trig Hill Road, Onetangi. Are you interested in doing the job and if so when could you complete it? Each Bathroom is basically a straight forward toilet, cubicle shower --- and vanity in a 750mm x approx 4m space with a sliding door. 1. Downstairs we are just moving the bathroom. See mock up 1 drawing and original drawing. The Council said this is just a schedule 1 clause 2. 2. Upstairs is to put basically the same bathroom as 1. at the back of the kitchen. The toilet would need to fit under the stairs that run parallel to the East wall of the house. See mock up 2. I will provide details measurements etc. Thanks Des
