Half of the upstairs deck needs a roof designed to match the existing roofline and connect to the existing roof on the other half. The roof will need to be engineered to withstand very high winds. A louvre panel is to be designed in the roof to allow light/ventilation but keep out the rain. Detailed drawings are needed for consent application and build.
