Hi there, We have interest in purchasing a local section however our bank requires house plans from a draftsman to be able to complete our approval. We will be building the house ourselves and keeping to a low cost. We are looking for a simple 3 bed 2 bath house plan. The section already has a 10x7m garage which we will extend off and possibly use as part of the house as well as it’s quite big. We are ideally needing this done within the next week so we can then propose this to the bank for final approval. It seems like a big process for us to even get approval. We aren’t sure of what your prices are as well so we are just looking around for the most reasonable price as well considering we may not even win the auction of the section. We don’t want to waste a lot of money if we aren’t successful buyers so plans can just be an estimate. I have attached images of the section plans with the dimensions. It is the back section (lot 2). If you could please let us know approx price of your services that would be great to begin with. Many thanks.
