Retaining wall design

We are needing a draftsman to carry out the design and submission of a retaining wall on a steep bank out the front of a house for the purpose of supporting extra yard space only. The house already has extensive foundations for supporting it. We have already carried out a geotec report & topo survey. Retaining wall will be reduced considerably in size since the initial plans shown in pictures
