Drafting and consent for a property extension in Tauranga

Hi, we have recently acquired a property in Tauranga which has a secondary garage and a living space attached to it. We would like to see the options of converting this space into a Airbnb/short term stay. Require someone to draft, design and do all the consent works. We do have a builder handy to carry out the works. Best would be to email me at --- as I am currently away from NZ for school holidays but can put you through to someone to discuss further.
