Garage extension drawings

I am wanting to extend my garage out onto the driveway and add another level above the new garage. The council have informed me that I need a planner and to apply for resource consent as the new garage will cross the rural boundary set back line. So for now all I need are draws of the new elevations of the structure, dimensions how far across the boundary line etc Further internal drawings for building consent would be required at a later date.
