Draw as-builts, alteration plans and submit for consent

Hi there, We are about to embark on a full renovation project at Seaway Terrace, Otumoetai. Our "sandpit" is usually Auckland and with this job being in Tauranga we are starting from scratch in having to find a completely new set of tradies for this project. Hopefully it will be the first of many :) I have attached a floor plan. We are looking for a draughtsman who can create as-builts; then create working drawings and submit to council for consent as follows: a. Relocate the main house bathroom to the opposite wall next to the toilet (taking a bit of lounge space). b. Move the kitchen approx 600mm toward the dining area. c. Remove the existing ugly/ dangerous stairwell to the upper master bedroom and create a new stairwell, so as you come up the main entry stairs, you turn right and go straight up stairs, turn right again and follow the wall toward the existing stairs.. turn right again.. and right again, entering the main upstairs bedroom, facing the rear windows/ view as you do. d. Create an ensuite in the main upstairs bedroom. e. Increase the width of the window in the stairwell to let more light in. f. Increase the width of the existing toilet window to encompass the width of the new bathroom area. g. In the basement flat: delete the laundry, incorporate it elsewhere; add a wet bar; reconfigure some of the non-load bearing walls. h. delete the twin garage roller doors and spanish arches, replace with one wide sectional door.
