Bathroom Addition (plans required through to consent)

Central avenues, requiring add additional bathroom. Need plans drawn up, submit to TCC through to consent received. Bathroom fairly straight forward I have attached a layout plan I have drawn in order to achieve, area bathroom location then creates new bedroom, which will have window swapped out with a sliding door. Looking for someone can complete the plans/work, timely and fair reasonable with rates. Many thanks
