Renovation Plan

We want to add an small ensuit in a bedroom. Will have to move a wall which is about 3m long about 50cm to its right create space for hall way and basic ensuit. Total space to work with is about 3mx6.5m. Will need to apply for consent to add the toilet and shower so an LBP would be required.
