Need a drawing for opening up a structural wall.

I am looking to open up a wall separating the kitchen and living room. Unfortunately this wall is a load bearing wall so will need some work and consent. I have a builder ready to go but just need to get a draughtsman to create a drawing of the work to be done. The opening is approximately 1.90m wide and its directly between two studs, see attached photo. Ideally we would like a beam across the top. The house has a pitched roof with the original ceramic tiles replaced by tin so a lot less weight on the roof. Dan
