I require a floor plan to suit the following The plan is to construct a 18x8 Steel frame gable roof shed and turn it into a shed/house. Part of it will be an 8x8 garage with the rest of the 10x8 space being the house, it will need a mezzanine floor as the master beadroom with ensuite. The lower level needs 2x bedrooms,bathroom,laundry,kitchen and living/dining. The property is north facing and very sunny so a design with that in mind is important. Open plan is the theme, with lots of north facing windows and a sliding door out to a deck from the living area. The design needs to be kept simple and fuctional and the house is more than likely going to off the grid too.
