I require a draftsman for the purposes of preparing plans and documentation of a new internal staircase and engineered supporting beam (to remove an existing wall, see photo) to open plan a living room. I require; Site measure and drawings Preparation of full specification and submission of consent application Council liaison (RFI) I will supply you with the council file and I have my own builder to carry out the works.
