I have a problem. I need plans for a simple small Bach 9.6 x 4.8m. Building already started ie footings, bearings, joists and floor. Family builder struggling and needs to have plan to complete the small build ie walls, roof, doors, windows. All I want is a plan asap. Bach is in Kuratau. I live in Ak.

I have found the process very straight forward and simple to use from the initial request, the selection of the provider to the completion of the job. The service delivered by Z & H Architectural Design on this little project has been excellent. To my mind the communication was clear, responded to questions and requests in a reasonable timeframe, delivered the plans at the agreed time, finally, Z & H Architectural Design listened to what I wanted and absolutely nailed it in every aspect.
