Garage Conversion

I need an architect to look at current garage and lim report to determine if we can create a second dwelling / make garage habitable. There is already a laundry, bathroom and bedroom that is already consented (we think) so we need someone to draw up plans and support us with taking it to council to see if we are able to achieve desired outcome. The photo of the layout is not to scale but gives an idea of how the garage is currently setup.
