Drawing up plans ready for building consent which includes 2 small extensions . Design all sorted . Property will have new cladding and new windows . I don’t see that it would be a big job . In my mind the most significant aspect is making sure that the new supporting beam and column is adequate to compensate once the existing wall is removed. As we are retired and have some uncertain health issues we are wanting to get this project underway ASAP. I have a builder at the ready.
