Hi there, I am just needing some very basic concept plans drawn up, I have drafted the design myself - just need someone to work their magic on the computer. This is extremely conceptual, just trying to work out house sizing and costs - we haven’t secured land yet, hence it needs to be very conceptual so we can get the ball ralling.
