Wanting to add a master suite with ensuite and walk in wardrobe. Will be adding on to an initial home, but new room will be gibstopped not timber shiplap. House currently a rectangle, however addition will make it an "L" shape. Exterior is weatherboard and house is on piles, not a concrete slab. At this stage wanting to get plans drawn up then use them to obtain quotes to begin building. Property is lifestyle not residential.
