my dream pole house

i have done a full set of 2D cad drawings showing floor plan and all the exterior walls and pole placements and would like quotes to have the house professionally drawn up for council permits and so i can get into pricing it all up. my brother (he is a builder) and i are going to build it starting early January so i would like to have plans drawn and finished by end of September. i am on a tight budget and will not be needing excessive detail only the minimum required by the council for permitting. the house is based on a pole shed design and is clad in horizontal color steel it is similar to an american barn style
