We require an architect/draughtsman to provide a full set of working drawings, including submission to the Southland District Council, for an extension to our very small 1890's cottage. This to include adding on 1 bedroom, extending the lounge and adding a small verandah. This job is time sensitive as we require drawings ready for submission by 13th October 2017.I have included floor plan of proposed work required at a scale of 1:100
