Estimate for design/consent

I've had a customer approach me for a new ensuite which involves new drainage through the garage concrete floor and opening up a wall that's quite likely to be a load bearing wall. Just looking for estimates for the design and consent process including a repair stretargy for where we have to cut the garage concrete floor. This way I can advise the customer of the expense prior to starting construction and either let them deal with yourselves directly or I can engage you for the work and charge the customer.
