Measure up floor plan (hand sketch)

Hi, I'm based in Perth and have a house under contract in Western Heights. It's a 3 bed x 1 bath @ 98sqm plus 10 sqm conservatory. I need someone to draw up a simple floor plan (just hand sketch) with window locations, openings, kitchen & bathroom. I'm an Architect myself and need someone locally who can go and measure up and hand sketch properties.
