Building in an 8sqm deck

Hi, we'd like someone to build in 8sqm of our deck and turn it into an office. The deck already has an existing roof. So it would need the two new external walls with cladding, as well as a new ceiling and flooring. Pretty simple design, just a 2x4m room - nothing fancy! And ideally we would like to use the existing joinery and move that into the new exterior walls.
