We have the house drawings and know exactly what we want, but need them draughted into plans for Council etc. We have no urgent timeframes (start build 2025) so this could be done on a part time basis. We are building using concrete slabs we will build onsite, with lots of glass at the front and this will be built into a bunker with an earth roof.
