Major Reno with second story added

We’re after a draftsman/architect to draw up plans for our 1950’s weatherboard house which we want to shell and add a second storey with a master bedroom with ensuite, 4 bedrooms, a common bathroom, and a double garage. The downstairs will have all internal walls removed and converted to two lounges, dining, kitchen and scullery. The exterior will need a full reclad.
