Plans for a garage with first floor deck on top, maybe a retaining wall too.

We would like plans drawn for a building consent application. The plans are for a carport/garage with a 1st floor deck on top to join our current deck. We have plans for a swimming pool in the rear of the garden so this may be added. I don't know the expected cost :( We have had recent plans drawn for another building consent, these can be made available. We plan to build to the perimeter but will get the Okay on that from our neighbor.
