Little Black Barn Reno

We are looking to renovate our barn conversion home, plus add a free standing barn type double garage (with loft). Renovations include adding an ensuite, reconfiguring current kitchen, bathroom & laundry. Enclosing a small area at back of existing home to get more space. Currently 140m2. I have lots of ideas, just need someone to help get them into a plan, take to council, recommend a builder etc.
