New Builds - Residential

If you are computer and CAD savvy we have a number of concepts going into working drawing phase so are looking for a draftsperson with residential new builds experience and local council knowledge in the Rodney, Auckland region. We also have new jobs in the pipeline for concept drawings so looking for a partner who can assist us here also. You must have access to your own LBP. The approximate budget below is a guestimate regarding the immediate combined work we have on, being working drawings projects and new concepts so may be different to this figure. We currently have a rate we pay for working drawings and one for initial concept. Happy to discuss.
