Renovate & add-on to relocatable house

I am looking into placing a 2-bedroom relocatable house onto a section but will be wanting to add onto & renovate the existing floor plan. I have geotech report available about the building site. Experience with council consents favourable. Need someone able to draw up ideas onto paper. They're very simple & straight forward ideas so I imagine it wouldn't take too long.
