Nicole's mess

I have just bought a house knowing it wasn't compliant I now need to know what I need to do to get it either safe and sanitary or compliant. It's 17 years old functioning with wind and solar power systems and septic in situ. I have copies of alll documents that have been to council (Basically not a lot) just need someone to come on site and help me to get started with this process Thanks nicole
