Parking Deck.

We have a 2008 Maddren built home on poles in Stillwater, which we want to add a large parking deck to. The site is quite steep but we want to use the same construction technique to build a parking area back onto, or if possible back into the slope the house is built on. We were thinking of using the adjacent ROW to gain access to a platform that extends out from the house at the current floor level, back to the slope. Words cant do this justice, please contact for original plans showing gradient etc, and previous platform plans. We are open to suggestions, just need to know what is achievable from councils perspective regarding retaining etc. and site coverage.
