Small, self contained unit off existing property

We are planning on building a self contained unit off the back of existing property and need someone to come see what we're wanting, offer some helpful ideas as to the best way of fitting everything into a small space, and need someone who can prepare drawings to be submitted to council. We can supply all existing plans.
