Garage extension plans please

Hi. We want to extend our house to provide another garage and need design plans to obtain Council consent. We already have a small size double garage at one end of the house, and we just want a large single garage added on to the outside of this garage (about 4.2 m or so wide, the same length as the existing garage). We want the existing external wall to remain, and become an internal wall with the addition of an passage door, so that the garages remain separate with only pedestrian access between them. The new garage will of course have its own sectional door out the front for vehicle access. The house sits on a concrete pad on the ground (which will of course need to be extended for the new garage) I have attached a plan of the current roof design - the red part at one end is where we want the new garage. I have scanned copies of other plans if you need them, but some of the detail is hard to read. I am after a quote for the cost of plans to the standard required for Council consent.
