DRAFTSMAN FOR MINOR DWELLING INSTALL

What would a draftsman charge to draw up an approximate costing of the following project, including what the draftsman would cost to help us complete it if it goes ahead? We are studying the costs and feasibility of moving a 59M2 minor dwelling from Henderson to the back of our place in Stanmore Bay, 3 Springtime Crescent. We have a house haulage company ready to look at and probably approve the site for pushing the unit up an incline & onto piles. The Rodney Planning officer pre-approves the idea and we need to submit an Application for Resource Consent with all the necessary paperwork. What would a draftsman cost to cost the project, plan it, obtain permits, etc. We have some builder contacts ready to ask. I'm retired so I can help. The project may proceed when the owner gives us written permission next week, and if we can afford it. We need to catch the dry weather for the move and definitely should have the permit approved before the new unitary plan starts.
