Proposed double garage with integrated car port. 6x6 standard double with 6x3 carport on one end (i.e. total slab footprint 9x3), set into sloping section by about a metre at one end, with concrete block retaining walls in below ground portions, and above ground transitioning to wood framing with style and exterior cladding to match existing house. 2.1 stud at back, 2.4 at front, with shallow pitch gable roof to minimise visual impact on neighbours. Services required are architectural drawings to enable consultation with neighbours, resource consent application, and subsequent building consent and construction.
